1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Reachh platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Reachh is an AI-powered Google Ads audit platform that connects to your Google Ads account, pulls campaign performance and structure data, and generates a detailed audit report identifying wasted ad spend, structural issues, and missed opportunities. We analyze your data using proprietary pipelines and third-party AI models (e.g., Anthropic Claude).
3. User Authorizations and Responsibilities
When you use our Service to analyze a Google Ads account, you affirm that:
- You are the authorized owner, administrator, or explicitly permitted representative of the connected Google Ads account.
- You grant Reachh the necessary permissions (e.g., via Google OAuth) to access read-only data (campaigns, keywords, search terms, metrics) required to generate the audit report.
- You understand that you can revoke this access at any time through our dashboard or via the Google Account Security settings.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.
4. Payment, Upgrades, and Refunds
While we offer a free tier demonstrating high-level waste metrics and the category breakdown, complete action plans and implementation guides are gated behind paid upgrades. All fees are clearly stated at the time of purchase. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or specified in a separate service agreement.
5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Reachh provides AI-generated analysis and recommendations for your Google Ads campaigns. We do not make automated changes to your live campaigns, and we operate strictly in a Read-Only capacity.
The recommendations provided in our audit reports are strictly for informational and structural improvement purposes. While we strive to provide accurate, data-driven insights, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, improvements in Conversion Rates (CVR), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), or Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
You are entirely responsible for deciding whether and how to implement any recommendations. Reachh and its parent entities shall not be held liable for any loss of revenue, wasted ad spend, or negative campaign performance resulting from implementing our report recommendations.
6. Intellectual Property
The software, design, analysis pipelines, algorithms, and documentation associated with the Reachh platform are owned by us. You retain full ownership of your specific account data (Google Ads data) that you import into our Service.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and your Google Ads data will be securely deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
