Welcome to Reachh ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our AI-powered Google Ads audit platform (the "Service").

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication data provided when you register.
  • Google Ads Data: Upon your explicit authorization via Google OAuth, we access your Google Ads account data. This specifically includes read-only access to campaign configurations, keywords, search terms, budget utilization, and performance metrics.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our platform (e.g., accessed reports and clicks).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the sole purpose of operating and providing the Reachh platform:

  • Service Delivery: To analyze your Google Ads data using our AI pipeline in order to identify wasted ad spend, structural issues, and missed opportunities.
  • Communication: To send audit completion emails, service updates, and account notifications.
  • Improvement: To anonymously aggregate metrics for improving our analysis accuracy.

Important Notice Regarding Google Ads Data: We do not use your Google Ads data to train generalized AI models. The data is processed strictly in-memory or securely stored to generate your specific audit report.

4. Sharing Your Information

Your data is kept strictly confidential. We only share information with authorized third-party service providers that are critical to delivering our service:

  • AI Processors: We use the Anthropic Claude API to process and analyze the ad data. Anthropic acts as our trusted sub-processor and is prohibited from using your data to train their models.
  • Data Connectors: When direct API access is unavailable, we may use Windsor.ai to facilitate the secure data connection to Google Ads.
  • Infrastructure: We use secure cloud providers (e.g., Supabase) for hosting and database storage.

We will never sell, rent, or lease your Google Ads data or personal information to third parties.

5. Revoking Access and Data Deletion

You maintain full control over your Google Ads connection. You can revoke Reachh's access to your Google Ads account at any time by navigating to your Reachh dashboard and disconnecting the account.

Alternatively, you can revoke access directly through your Google Account settings by visiting theGoogle Security Permissions pageand removing Reachh's access.

Upon account deletion or a specific deletion request to our support team, all your Google Ads data, reports, and associated personal information will be permanently deleted from our databases within 30 days.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures (including encryption in transit and at rest, and Role-Level Security (RLS) in Supabase) to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
